I have been working full time at iCapture for less than a year. The amount of change and growth just during the time I've been here has been remarkable; the Senior Leadership Team has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, a long-term growth and sustainability vision, empathy, willingness to invest in their employees, and promote a learning environment with advancement opportunities. This is a super fun and talented group of people with whom I feel honored to work.

Growing pains are a natural byproduct of any company willing to challenge old thought patterns and ways of doing things in the interest of improving their company, employee experience, and customer journeys.
