The company is still young and there is a real sense of growth and opportunities for advancement. On top of base pay, there is monthly profit sharing and a Christmas bonus. Benefits are alright.

Unless in a rare circumstance you are hired to work fully remote, there are no work-from-home opportunities, regardless of your role, and regardless of whether that is written policy. Remote work isn't something the upper leadership believe in, logical justification is not given for this, and mentioning it gets your hand slapped. Lack of transparency leads to general mistrust. When employees aren't properly equipped, they are shut down and controlled instead. Pay isn't competitive, even with the profit sharing.
