Svantaggi
iCoTech suffers from systemic dysfunction across every level of operation. There’s no cohesive process or technical foundation in place—most outputs feel improvised and lack follow-through. Customer support is minimal, and internal teams are often left to figure things out without guidance, support, or training.
The operational management appears disconnected from both the product and the market. Despite attempts to contribute meaningful work, employees frequently face blame when inevitable issues arise—creating a toxic, high-turnover environment fueled by confusion and frustration.
The leadership at the top exacerbates these challenges. Frequent changes in direction, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of strategic insight define the CEO’s approach. The emphasis seems to be on acquiring clients rather than delivering real value. Employees are often disillusioned by the disparity between leadership's words and actions, with a pure focus on maximising utilisation and billing—timesheets are frequently altered and billed to improve revenue and do not reflect chargeable work.
Quality control is virtually nonexistent, and morale is consistently low. There’s an absence of accountability and a noticeable lack of investment in people, processes, and product development.
