The comapny serves a very specific target, which is providing ABM services to big accounts through partnership with other agencies. A very horizontal structure, meaning you'd get to meet the head of the company a lot.

The onboarding isn't great, so it takes some time to leverage on the first couple of weeks, and there isn't much of a team buiolding either. Everyone seems to be on their own.
