Went on a massive hiring spree in 2022 only have significant lay-offs in 2024. I'm not sure how the company is doing, but I get the sense it's not well.

New facility, new labs, nice vending machine

Leadership positions within the government segment have increasingly been filled by executives from the parent company, leading to noticeable shifts in direction. A decline in company culture and a lack of strategic continuity are apparent. It's disheartening to witness the decline of what was once a standout organization into one that is now best approached with caution.
