* Timely salary * 5 days working* * CL/EL are present * If you're someone who minds his/her own business then the work culture isn't toxic however sometimes thers are unnecessary target pressure when there is no tickets to work on.

Svantaggi

* Feels like a jail as in employees aren't allowed to go outside office perimeter within shift timings. * 10 hours shift, no personal time. * That 5 days working is useless if the TL forces you for OTs. * Unnecessary work pressure, even if you don't have tickets to work on. * No cabs or travel allowance. * No night allowance. * Office politics is there.
