My experience working at Ienergizer as a Sales Support staff was deeply disappointing. The work culture was extremely toxic, with little to no recognition or appreciation for employee efforts. Management often ignored employee concerns, and communication was poor across all levels. There was a clear lack of structure, guidance, and training, making it difficult to grow or succeed in the role. Instead of fostering teamwork or development, the environment often felt discouraging and stressful. Expectations were unclear, and accountability was inconsistent—favoritism was common, and hard work often went unnoticed. Overall, I would not recommend Ienergizer to anyone looking for a healthy and professional workplace. The lack of support, poor management, and negative atmosphere made this one of the worst job experiences I’ve had.
