      They offer many benefits and amenities to make you feel comfortable and welcome at work. There is a lot of effort through different departments to remain connected. It is easy to talk to others and have your voice heard.

      None I can think of. They work for a good cause if you get it, you should be passionate.

      Decent benefits, lunches, and most of the people working genuinely care about the mission and each other.

      It seems pay is below average for almost role when talking to coworkers, raises are non-existent, job scope is constantly increasing, and a few members of the team seem to be working 50 hours or more a week.
