Learned many skills that can take you any where job wise in media, as well as contacts all over the US. Have had very cool experiences with artist and access to events. Never a dull moment. Fast pace and many great people to work with. The job is fun, but with out support or more money I see a lot of turn over in most markets. It's VERY fast paced, unless you are in a very small market.

No support. Need an assistant or another person in the market. Over worked and underpaid. Should get some sort of commission even it's 1% for all sales since there is so much work involved. Very, very high stress. If you are not organized this is not the job for you. Not much support from managers, not sure they know how much we do or how hard we work. Have to be able to multitask at all times, which can be exhausting. No help. Totally on your own.
