Depending on your direct manager Senior AE's are given their freedom and ability to make own schedule. Fun employees which can be fun and become life long friendships.

Awful commission plan. Anyone with a significant account list gets paid the lowest percentage possible yet these are the hardest accounts to implement due to their high amount of promotional needs. When I was hired I was promised an account list that would pay a min of 125k per year. Once I became familiar with the details of the commission breakdown I realized this list would NEVER pay out the amount I was promised.

like any sales role, high expectations come with pressure to not only meet but exceed revenue goals. can be a very fast paced environment for some.

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
