The digital marketing department in Nashville has many bright, talented, and fun people to work with. Sadly, many people in this department have chosen careers at other companies because of the extreme lack of professionalism they endure from the sales team and leadership. Promotions are rare, no raises were given or even discussed, and chaos is the norm. I would only recommend this position if you are hungry for more experience in digital marketing. I love my manager, but they unfortunately do not have the appropriate amount of time to devote to meaningful managing.
