      No real projects to work on. the management is very indian based and there is no diversity at the management level. I ran into a lot of struggles to adjust and understand what they were trying to communicate.

      There are no real project managers and everything is poorly planned. Very cheap company. Benefits are awful and work life balance is non-existent. Company runs on cheap labor.

      Don't expect career hike or appraisal for a long number of years from joining. Best option is to hardball and negotiate for highest amount before joining. Another downside is that most employees are forced to take a pay cut or voluntarily downgrade their designation after joining, due to market financial implications and organization health.
