It is true that iMatrix was acquired by Internet Brands, Inc in late December of 2013 which has led to several changes in the management structure, common during ownership changes. However, even with the recent change in ownership, all of management at iMatrix and Internet Brands is committed to developing the talent and professional careers of our employees.
We have had our training for our support team in effect for several years and have recently developed more formalized training for our Sales team. We will take you feedback into account as we continue to expand our training programs and grow our Sales team.
As a company that has been in business for over ten years, we do believe it’s normal in a professional environment to experience a short period of extra duties when a fellow coworker leaves. At this point, all our support teams are fully staffed and we are back at full capacity. We are committed to keeping our teams fully staffed, but as you may be aware, the process to find the right person for the right job can take some additional time.
