Not applicable. Switching to iMerit for the contracts was terrible.

They don't do raises, even if you bring up pay discrepancy issues. They misled us at the start of the contract and had to backtrack on multiple things after the client company found out after we raised concerns, especially the stuff that conflicted with the local labor laws. HR doesn't really know how to do their job properly; they rush to judgment, and when it comes to things such as PTO/Sick Leave, it took months for them to figure it out and implement it properly. Emails from HR seemed very unprofessional and often were word salad, where it was the same thing repeated multiple ways each way more confusing than the other. Oh, and when emailing HR, good luck getting an answer in a timely manner. At times, they would just ignore emails, so other employees would have to write similar emails and CC the entire team just to get HR to answer. In at least one instance, we had to escalate with the client company, and even they were having issues getting a straight answer from HR. Very unprofessional and really only cared if you were based in the New Orleans office or India; those of us at a client company not at those places were not treated the same as New Orleans or India. Onboarding was rushed, and when we asked questions, because our contracts were switching from one company to iMerit at the client office, Shri was actually getting an attitude with at least one of the employees who was asking questions and clarifications, because things were not making sense or were totally different to what was expected at the client company. iMerit is 100% a shell company.
