Much better than some sweet talking manager who’ll sell you down the river. - hire people without experience if you demonstrate initiative - relaxed environment - WORK LIFE BALANCE- probs the best in the tech world by a mile

      - Chairs + Furniture is very uncomfortable - Way more SEO focused writing. Minimal creative copywriting. - Minimal upward mobility position wise but raises are very frequent - benefits are non-existent
