One night, a few months after starting, I stayed late to finish up a project I didn't want to leave until morning. Determining priorities is a constant battle. Lack of structure embraces creativity and innovation, but often feels like dangling over a cliff. Nose to the grindstone approach favors results, and organization takes a backseat---which occasionally affects productivity. Interdepartmental communication can be a struggle.
