I am going to stick with a single manager named Abhishek Mishra. However, I must highlight some concerning observations regarding his management style. Abhishek Mishra tends to favor one engineer, Siddhant Pamnani, while unfairly degrading others in the team. This behavior creates a toxic environment, particularly for new engineers who are pressured to consult only Siddhant for any issues, a practice that discourages teamwork and professional growth. There is no equality in this team. The team lead is often avoided, and both the manager and engineer force others to seek advice exclusively from Siddhant, leading to a lack of support and guidance for team members. This favoritism is evident in the manager's actions, as Siddhant is consistently given priority for cases and closures, even when more experienced engineers are available. This biased behavior not only affects team dynamics but also raises serious concerns about the safety of women in the team. Despite multiple complaints to the HR team, there has been no visible action taken, leading to a sense of abandonment and frustration among team members. It is unacceptable for tenured engineers to be forced to rely solely on one individual for consultation. This micro-management approach not only hinders professional development but also creates a hostile work environment. We urge HR to thoroughly investigate all complaints and take appropriate action against both Abhishek Mishra and Siddhant Pamnani. We are willing to provide any necessary evidence to support our claims and encourage new engineers to choose a more supportive and inclusive work environment.
