I don’t know where to start. Tech is questionable. They hired a horrible CTO who left early this year, but it was too late as the damage was already done. The CEO/Founder is clueless and is the main reason why this company is chaotic. HR processes aren’t great. Massive focus on the app that doesn’t make any money. Investment on all the wrong projects/products. Big sales team with no leadership or focus or any technical understanding. Hard working but lowly paid Operations team that I was sadly a part of.
