Svantaggi
The only and in most cases deal-breaking problem is the CEO. The cons list is actually a cons list of the CEO. 1. CEO does not have any clear goal or vision. One day, he's pushing everyone to a specific policy... forgets the whole thing the next day and starts pushing an opposing policy... happens a lot. 2. Lacks the technical depth and stability necessary to run a software company. Randomly searches the internet for "cool and trendy new tech" and start pushing everyone to incorporate that in the latest build. 3. Talks and promises a lot, but delivers very little. Literally lies to people at interviews, about non-existent increment policies and benefits. 4. He micro-manages so much that literally nothing happens without his direct intervention. 5. On the outside, he promotes "silicon-valley startup culture". But actually prefers very strict beurocratic measures: like strict office hours, keeping track of everyone's entry and exit times, publicly displaying and shaming employees who are lagging behind to fulfill the "expected hours" count. So if anyone gets sick and takes a day off, there is a peer pressure to fill up that "total working hour" count by staying after hours... very unhealthy culture. 6. Very front-end oriented person. Spends a lot of time in meeting with seniors from all teams, tuning insignificant details of the GUI. Yet does not provide enough time to back-end developers to do massive changes, which has little to do with GUI.
