Strong existing customer base using a very good software for managing Substance Control Directives. iPoint is well connected with EU intiatives.

Very expensive, slow to deploy, lack of sales support due to not understanding the US market. Not open to new ideas or suggestions.

Remote opportunity and good work/life balance

Low pay, poor management and no upward mobility. Not a career move. Company does not seem to be growing at a healthy rate. Very unorganized and lacks transparency. I witnessed poaching from competitors and then quick turnover of the new employees. Beware if you are entering on the sales side. The president of the US team will go to extreme lengths to earn new business.
