Despite constant boasting, there has been no significant growth within the account itself. The distribution of incentives is unfair. Promotions are based solely on completing tasks, and employees are discouraged from addressing this issue with HR. Promotions are given for undertaking leadership responsibilities while being compensated at an agent's salary level. Challenging the management's decisions results in intimidation and bullying tactics.
