When Covid hit USA March 2020 that same month the company sent the entire production floor home with computers to continue working. I will forever be grateful to upper management for making that decision. Also, it was very impressive how many tools and resources were in place for the staff to do a great job.

Most Call Centers have shift bids every six months and with a new schedule, most people have a new Supervisor. Most Supervisors at iQor were fantastic. Sadly, I had two Supervisors who were EXTREMELY under qualified. One Supervisor yelled at me often and once while yelling at the top of her lungs called me a lair. She did me a favor that day because I knew I was not dealing with a normal adult at the moment so it made enduring her yelling spasms easier to deal with. Another Supervisor STRONGLY challenged the validity of my Dad's obituary. When I attempted to end the call he threatened to write me up for insubordination. It is hard to believe these two people slipped through the cracks.
