Salary on time, good work - life balance, great place for freshers to start off their career, gain some first hand experience and then switch because they get wasted if they stay for long. I have seen live examples of that.

Apart from the pros written above, everything is a CON here. The management, the HR practices. You have a dark future if you stick too long. Their software division just vanished in thin air due to their ill practices. At one point it was considered the best software company here and now it is as though it never had a software team. Not a single developer is left.
