I was hired to run the sales arm of the organization I can agree with most and probably all of the cons that are listed in the other reviews. United States sales people will be in for a huge culture shock when it comes to how this company thinks they should go to market. Their organic growth expectations are in a word delusional. Their tactics in selling contracts that are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars a year don’t align with how decentralized organizations makes decisions region by region. They have no clear understanding of how to grow through organic sales growth. If you’re a seasoned sales person or sales leader in any industry and you have the desire to change industries this isn’t the place to do it. In a short time with this company their tactics shifted multiple times, their goals shifted, and how they intended to pay sales people was never made clear even after they had a policy. Their sales projections were simply based on what the company needed in order to survive financially instead of building the business model around how they could grow in a market. I see assumptions that the positive reviews on here are coerced by leadership and I’d agree with that opinion. They were also very close minded to feedback that affected their egos with the software that they are trying to coin as revolutionary. It didn’t seem to drive the value you hoped for and when told that they reacted poorly to that feedback. In fact, they reacted poorly to any feedback where they were told there might be a more effective way to do something. In my opinion they make moves purely on the financial impact in the short term and make key decisions to avoid costs that in the long term should pay a dividend.
