A lot of effort and work of all employees but just as much fun and positive atmosphere. Dream job for anyone who is persistent, creative, interested in social media, have interest working in a team that is like a big family and want to gain new marketing experience.

This job requires multitasking skills, lots of patience and desire of doing this. If you are not loving this job 100%, than don't do it. Very important: no individual - Teamwork, teamwork, teamwork!

Friendly and young people. A colorful bunch. The company covers various fields, so interests of people working there have a huge range. Very nice environment to work in. Everyone is helpful and supportive. The company values live contact and learning, so educations are often organized. People from different departments hang out together during lunch and other breaks, but still get the job done. Everyone is laid back, but results are expected.

Not really a downside, but some developers might like to work from home, from time to time. At iSTUDIO it is preferred to code from the office. It isn't a strict rule and exceptions can be made.
