Enjoyed most aspects of the job. Learnt to deal with difficult customers. Good work culture amongst staff Board level management were friendly and approachable. Sales related bonus Decent work parties several times a year

Svantaggi

The Area head tech was the opposite of approachable and lacked basic people skills. He held obscene grudges and regularly attempted to make examples of people he didn't like. This made the job untenable for me as my direct path to progression was through him. Poor work balance. It isnt really a job for people who have families.

Thanks for the feedback it is always appreciated. The Area head tech I believe you are referring to is no longer with the business and we are always trying new ways to improve the Work Life balance although this is a challenge we still have some way to go to get right. Kind Regards iSmash
