      Poor Management, Poor Leadership, Unattainable/unrealistic goals and direction, Poor Decision making, Lack of Structure, Poor communication or feedback from CEO/COO and the C-level leadership is a joke. Internal conflicts all the time. No formal Marketing, no inside Sales (or sales support), not enough operations staff to handle sales, not enough supplier partners for sales. No more funding.

      Unfortunately, this employee was involuntarily terminated and his comments were likely affected by that situation. In general, iSpecimen has an unusually low turnover rate and internal anonymous employee surveys indicate a high level of job satisfaction. However, we will continue to accept and evaluate all feedback in an effort to improve!
