Now that I've stepped back and can look at these 2.5 years with a clear head - I'll say it honestly, without any emotional bias: it was absolutely worth it. When you're deep in the work, you don't notice it. Not everyone can thrive here, and not everyone can keep up with the pace and the culture. But this is the best company to learn how to operate under chaos, tight deadlines, and high-stakes communication. This is not your typical LinkedIn-alike post. This is really what's going on inside. If you got hired to a senior position - you are not paid "just to work" and do what you are supposed to do according to your specialization, but you are here to fight with competitors and think beyond your box. Of course you get your salary, but next month competitors can eat you, and the whole company will be looking for a new job. The experience I've gained here has shaped me into someone who can lead small teams and products, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in fast-paced environments. I've learned to communicate across levels, prioritize under pressure, and leverage tools - including AI - in ways that most teams are only beginning to explore. What stands out the most is the culture of relentless growth: no shortcuts, always something new being brought in, something being cut where needed, and always those sharp questions that force you to think - the ones that make you realize you hadn't thought far enough yourself. I'm grateful to have found this place. The best 2.5 years of my career - as challenging as they were.
