The companies core values are a joke; there is no accountability when it comes to this company, you can ask every property manager or csa that works with the company what stuff needs fixing and they will give you a big list; cameras, doors, lighting, painting, etc. You make the company alot but they no longer give you a bonus plan. I will be leaving this company soon due to the fact NSA has revealed their true colors. They do not care about the bottom line employees with their minimal pay, yet they can afford to buy out companies to increase their shareholders profits. Benefits they offer are a joke. Higher up and middle management is so disconnected with their work force. They constantly raise tenants storage prices, yet their reasoning makes no sense; " to keep up with market and maintain facility". Expect break ins, they are a constant thing and you cant do anything about because your cameras are a joke, yet you will get the short end of the stick by the angry customer and corporate will shrug it off.
