It's a small company in a giant field that's getting bigger every day. You work with people you see all the time. There are almost no strangers in the whole company. You can see how your work affects others each day and see your efforts help push the business forward. Opportunities for advancement are nearly endless. If you want to change up your duties, just talk to your manager and they can help figure out a role where you may be more comfortable.

You don't get to meet a lot of new people... yet. But we're growing. Being in the 'live' business means that we get woken in the middle of the night occasionally, and often work through weekends.

It's great to hear that you see lots of opportunity and potential as we head into a rapid growth phase and we'll be hiring a lot of new people over the next few months to take the company to the next level. You're right, we've got amazing people here with a lot of potential and we need to work together to make sure teams and managers are getting together, communicating and tapping into that potential.
