iT1's Culture is amazing-Our work life balance , open door policy & support is exceptional. Ownership ACTUALLY listens to us and implements our ideas. After all, Sales is what pays for everything! ZERO Micro Management ( we all know how well that works) and We are truly a Family. I'm grateful to Love the company and look forward to hitting the office a couple days a week to see co-workers.
