Vantaggi

1) Interview Process: Clear expectations were set from the start. Fast and efficient process with quick responses. Truly a great experience that reflects well on the company. 2) First week: Great on-boarding experience and my desk was set up neatly and professionally setup with all the necessary equipment and resources. I was set up for success and in a comfortable desk. The orientation was well run and the pantry is well stocked. Great flat, friendly, and open work environment with a team-focused company culture. 3) Current: The company is in hyper-growth mode and I am enjoying every bit of it. No complains and supportive of the management's vision and strategy.

Svantaggi

Not any con to be addressed but this is an organization that is all about focusing on ensuring we deliver the best experience to the customer. A fast paced and agile working environment with lots of personal development and growth opportunities. A company to join and stay.

Vantaggi

The technology stack at IT Methods is fascinating and offers plenty of learning opportunities. Compensation is fair, and there’s potential for growth—at least on paper. If you’re seeking hands-on tech exposure and can handle the pressure, it might be worth a shot—but be prepared for a culture that prioritizes control over trust.

Svantaggi

- Leadership’s distrust and paranoia about employees actually doing work creates a tense atmosphere. - Every minute must be accounted for, and the expectation of 50/60-hour weeks leads to quick burnout. - Management frequently proposes big ideas but rarely sees them through before coming up with the next big thing. - Turnover is high as people soon realize the reality doesn’t match the “dream job” presented during interviews. - Very long hiring process because management can't seem to make decisions.
