      The team is supportive and u can learn a lot on how is the building works. Various projects u can experience and met a lot of people to deal with.

      The overtime pay is just a flat rate. Maybe the management can improve by paying their employee based on the standard like others company which x1.5 for every ot for weekdays and x2.0 for weekends.
