The company offers excellent opportunities to grow in client management and development. Seniors are always approachable and ready to support whenever you get stuck. They create a positive and healthy work environment — even during high workloads, they remind us to relax and enjoy "Fun Wednesdays." We’re encouraged to improve our skills and are given tasks in multiple technologies to broaden our knowledge. Management is organized and efficient, and seniors lead by example without pushing after-hours work onto the team.

Nothing major to point out. Minor challenges do come up occasionally, but the support from seniors makes it easy to handle.
