I recently joined iTradeNetwork straight out of college and the experience so far has been fantastic. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth and well-structured. The team is extremely welcoming, and my immediate team in particular has been super helpful in getting me up to speed quickly.

Too early to say but nothing negative to report so far.

Complete collapse of company structure now operating as a high turnover churn and burn environment with little regard for employees especially new sales reps trying to ramp up by digging through overworked recycled accounts that were beat to a pulp. Quotas remain the same whether you are brand new and learning EDI or a four year sales veteran. I witnessed terminations carried out with zero warning.
