Very punitive measures and no room to appeal decisions. For example, I worked very hard for this company for over two years, had an average feedback rating of 9.8 and taught over 1400 hours. When I had an Internet connection issue, they sent several warnings to my OLD EMAIL ADDRESS, and never happened to UPDATE my NEW EMAIL account, which I had provided. Therefore, without warning, dedicated, hardworking me...was fired. To make matters worse there was no option to appeal, IT even acknowledged that the warnings had all gone to my OLD EMAIL address...Despite this, fired.
