Working at IWE is actually a boon in itself. Welcomed by an incredible supporting and caring team with different backgrounds, I had the chance to acquire knowledge in many fields and experience new tools! It is truly a unique experience.

As a recent startup, IWE is still evolving and refining its processes. You get to see the growth of the company and participate in it, which is actually great. However, this might not be a good fit for some people who prefer established processes typically found in larger corporations.

Demanding work, sometimes long hours (DSM at 9AM but pretty much everyone is still in the office at 7PM). People can be a bit cold, don't expect to be congratulated easily.
