      The working level are extremely collaborative and usually have common goals of bringing the projects to where it needs to be. Decent worklife balance and benefits for staff.

      Svantaggi

      Plagued with risks - company has been actively doing retrenchment aggressively. Projects not well managed from top down. High level management and c suite can be dismissive and rude.

      Overall company business is good, flexible/hybrid work

      - Always hearing management not paying people but wasting company funds, - The company is always saying no money for wage hikes (not even enough for inflation), - Bonus is worse in history, but management loves to travel. - High level of favoritism with Singapore management - No point being loyal to this company, they will take your soul away but no give compensation for good work.
