Everything is a con in this place. Avoid working for them. Manipulative. Management don’t treat you nicely, everyone wanted to leave when I was there and 10 employees left in a space of 1 week. No employee receives any support from management and everyone is too scared to go to HR to complain about this due to the reputation managers have- they take hours from you, change your shifts, make you cover in different hotels, shout at you, blame you for things you didn’t do… AVOID AT ALL COSTS
