The best reason you would want to work at iConnect360 are the senior management's relentless effort to make the environment you worked in fun and exciting. I have never been in any other company where the company are so willing and so helpful in ensuring not just a fun physical place to work in, but also the culture and values in people. And, to top that off, they moved to a bigger, badder, and funner office for the employees' sake. I could go on in this tangent but you get the point. Office equipment is good. Expect to have a state of the art desktop with dual monitors at your disposal. Company doesn't give you a laptop, because they sincerely don't want you to work from home. If that is not the senior management cares about work life balance, I don't know what that is. Over the entire duration I'm there, I was not asked to work from home, or at odd hours a single time, even though I would be more than glad to offer my help, should the need ever arises. I even make sure I arrive in the company early, because I believe the company is worth my time. You get to learn a lot here because the people are friendly and they are helpful. The colleagues that you will have here, is not just your colleagues. They are YOUR family. If you have issues unrelated to work, your colleagues would come to the rescue. I can say so myself, because I experienced it myself first hand.
