Unbelievably unprofessional-I often find it difficult to tell the difference between this office and a high school. Many employees (including managers and up) often get very drunk at work events and say inappropriate/disrespectful things to subordinates and colleagues. Compensation is very poor-you are paid very little for incredibly long hours (often expected to work weekends without additional compensation offered) and perfection is expected despite everyone being completely burnt out. Hard work is only awarded with more work, not more $$, promotions, or respect. Turnover is very high because they pay employees the minimum and squeeze as much out of each worker until they can't take it any more and move on. I see people cry at work all the time (middle management and up included) General feeling in the office is one of disorganization and chaos.
