Vantaggi
Amazing product line + clients love them (when they work) + In the right market segment with tremendous growth potential + CEO is a good person + lots of good new & talented people
Svantaggi
Only software company that does not know how to stand up it's own software. All who know how to do it were let go or already left. Company is driven into the ground by the CEO and his old friends. All of them worked together in a different company and now there is no seat at the table for anyone else. Is this what they teach at Harvard? Exclude talent and experience AND build a group that will tell you what you want to hear? All new hires join and then leave quickly - no training, no ownership and no respect. No one owns anything + constant shuffling of departments and resources with no logic or empirical evidence on why it made sense. Is it a wonder that all the big clients left and there are no new clients! All positive posts encouraged by new HR + HR is a few months old and now really aware of the real concerns. Ultimate goal appears to build a shell of a good company with dysfunctional software and services and sell it to an unsuspecting VC or rival. This is common knowledge in the healthcare space companies.
