Terrible management and sales approach. Management tells sales people to lie to customers in order to get them to attend events. They list high profile companies as their customers, when it is a complete untruth. This company is run like a telemarketing firm. Weak sales strategy and market approach. They will not pay you what is promised. Not even close. They are struggling in the market because customers don't renew once they realize there is no benefit to using this platform. The positive reviews on here are made up by illumin marketing mid-level managers are ill-equipped to run any sales team Do yourself a favor if you're considering illumin and DON'T!
