Poor training does not set you up to succeed in your role which in turn will leave you feeling stressed out due to a lack of understanding. The Company is a rotating door and you will see people leave, get fired or laid off on a consistent basis. You will hear employees being yelled at when you are in the office. There are a few managers who are trying to make a positive change to the culture but it is unfortunately too far gone for that to happen. You will never feel like you have job security. Certain teams ignore you when you ask questions because they feel it is not their responsibilty to help you learn the role and responsibilites (which is often harped upon by management). In my experience I did not see any room for growth.
