Cool industry, great client base, customers love the product. SaaS company that is definitely going places. At some companies you need to drink the kool-aid, but Impact really brings value to its clients. Empathetic CEO. Dave is great and so are many other leaders. I really felt like the company did a good job of embodying values like inclusivity, collaboration, striving to "delight, retain and grow" businesses, and inspiring employees to be mission-driven and passionate about the product. Positive culture with lots of talented people. Decent benefits.

Frequent leadership changes in the past couple years have led to increased stress among employees, slowed-down communication between departments, lack of alignment on any initiative or roll-out, constantly changing expectations/objectives. Training for new upper-level hires also seemed to be seriously lacking. Quarterly review process was not taken seriously. Complaining culture under the sales umbrella. Work-life balance on my team was nonexistent.
