      Very like the positive company culture! From the first day they make you feel as a part of the team. The management is very understanding, helpful and encourages the workers to learn.As an intern, I appreciate the opportunity to get an insight on the internal functioning of the company from different perspectives. They are flexible and provided working conditions that allow me combine the internship with being a full-time student. In addition, I have access to some of the company's benefits, team events and German lessons. Overall, if you are willing to work/learn and have fun at the same time, in-tech is a perfect place!

      Respect, Trust, Credibility, Fairness and Pride are the pillars of this company making it one of the great places to work at. Senior management is always responsive to its employee’s needs and requests. The on-boarding processes are smooth and pain-less. The company really takes good care of their employees. The company looks for passion in its employees and strives to preserve it. Monthly reviews, all employee meetings, impromptu visits from the CEO, extra-curricular activities etc. keep the employees engaged and interested. As our recruiter would sell it and our CEO would chant it – “in-tech is a cool company” and I endorse that!

      You wont get in if you lack passion. In all honesty, there is no con that makes this company undesirable.
