      The product has potential, and the engineering team seems solid. Some genuinely talented individuals across departments. Fast-paced work environment for those who thrive in startups.

      Frequent layoffs and reorgs are often executed without adequate warning or clear explanation. Executives do not seem to respect salespeople, often disregarding their contributions and the challenges they face. High turnover on the sales team. Lack of transparency and communication from leadership regarding company strategy and the reasoning behind these changes. Reorgs disrupt team dynamics and create uncertainty for employees. High-pressure environment with limited support for employees navigating the chaos. A lack of diversity across the company. A clique-like environment can make it difficult for newcomers to feel included or supported.

      Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Start-ups generally go through their fair-share of changes and challenges: including having to make tough decisions surrounding RIFs (of which, we have done one in mid 2024).
