We are aware that the entry phase, including the bootcamp, is intensive and comes with high expectations. Our intention is to prepare new team members as well as possible for a performance driven environment, while also providing clear structure and support. We are continuously reviewing this phase to ensure it is both challenging and fair.
Regarding roles and compensation, responsibilities and bonus structures are defined transparently. Pre sales and sales functions work closely together, each contributing to the overall success. That said, we understand how important perceived fairness and recognition are, and we regularly evaluate how we can improve in this area.
We strongly reject the idea that we do not value our employees. Creating a respectful and professional environment is a core priority for us. If your experience differed, we would genuinely want to understand where and why.
