You can be whatever you want to be at ISW, you just change the title yourself. Make yourself a director, a VP of a region, doesn't matter what your hired title is, just treat your clients and colleagues like idiots because you have a need for validation. I'm told there is "psychology" behind it, but that's another thing, just say you are fully qualified in a field you are not- no one checks

ISW is a delightful exercise in nostalgia, where 20 yr old tech is considered cutting edge. It's refreshing to see a company steadfastly refuse to let progress dictate their actions. Their customer success model is a remarkable study in aloofness.they believe treating clients and employees with disdain is a winning strategy. Most companies revere their customers, who pay their bills. ISW likes to play hard to get. The company has a breathtaking turnover rate, employees come, emoyees go- don't even bother learning their name, they'll be gone before you get to know them Senior regional HR- my word! Have a complaint? Don't worry, there will be some abuse coming your way for complaining. Just add to the already breach of employment laws. Accounting - they're great they'll do anything sales tell them to do, 1+1=5
