1. Really enjoyed my time at interface.ai. The company is tackling meaningful problems in fintech, and it feels good to work on products that make banking more accessible and efficient. 2. Get a lot of ownership end-to-end - from shaping the roadmap to getting in the weeds with design, engineering and customer teams. 3. Leadership is visible and approachable and there is a real sense that everyone is rowing in the same direction 4. The team is sharp, collaborative and low-ego. Have learnt a lot just by being around people who care deeply about craft and outcomes. Customers are engaged and willing to partner, which makes discovery and iteration way more effective than at many places I have worked before.

1. Like any growing company, some processes are still evolving. 2. Sometimes priorities shift as we learn more from the customers or the market, so one needs to be comfortable with ambiguity and change. 3. Cross-functional bandwidth can get tight during peak delivery cycles, which means PMs have to be proactive.

- You like being sad: Every day spent here crushed my soul and enthusiasm. I didn’t listen to warnings shared during the interview process, which I deeply regret. - You like transparency: In my experience, leadership often publicly criticized people in front of their peers and teams, so you don’t have to worry about what’s being said behind your back. - You don’t want to hurt your resume: Most people I observed left this company very quickly (either voluntarily or involuntarily), so you likely can just leave this company off your resume and no one will notice the brief gap. - You don’t like to take accountability: Leadership often avoids responsibility for their decisions and shifts blame when things go wrong. I felt gaslit almost every day. - You just need a paycheck while looking for a sustainable job: If you just need a paycheck while you look for your next job, it’s a good one. This company and product has so much promise, it was sad for me to see so many good people leave.

- Senior leadership, in my experience, was the least tenured and least capable I’ve worked with. They have little regard for the careers, development, or wellbeing of those who have left good jobs to come here. It was deeply saddening and frustrating to watch. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone in my network. - The mental fatigue this company created for me was incomparable. It was a truly terrible experience, and I regret giving this company any of my time and talents.
